A History of Experience
In 2006, Benjamin O’Connor established Founding Fathers Affordable Housing LLC (formerly known as The Franklin Modular Group) in Colorado Springs.
Despite the Great Recession & the 2020 Global Pandemic, our company has remained dedicated to the art of buying & selling manufactured homes for nearly two decades.
Over the years our company has served thousands of people and we’ve developed a great reputation for making a positive impact in the mobile home communities we serve.

As pioneers in the manufactured housing industry, we’ve explored & innovated new ways of conducting business which includes being one of the first companies to franchise in the industry.
