Yes! This business provides the ability to work from home, in your car and on the go! However, we do require that you maintain a professional image by having a virtual office membership which provides you with a professional address to receive mail and a professional setting to meet with clients. We also require that your home office is free from unprofessional noises & interruptions.
Most states do not require a real estate license in order to sell manufactured homes that are located in mobile home communities. However, certain states do require a state registration or state test in order to sell manufactured homes. As a result, we strongly advise that you research your local laws regarding selling manufactured homes in your state.
Our company only awards franchises to individuals who are personally involved in the day to day operations of running the business. Studies have shown that owner operated franchises have much higher success rates and perform better than non-owner operated franchises. As a result, we only award franchises to owner operated franchise partners.
